At the Blue Moon Bistro we attempt to use local ingredients whenever possible from Cape Cod and through out the Southern New England region.

John & Stephanie Lowell farm oysters on Crowes Pasture in Dennis, we have been buying oysters from them
since we opened
East Dennis Oyster Farm,
Ed & Betty Osmun supply most of our greens & honey year round from their greenhouse located in Barnstable E&T Farms,
Jeff Deck works a few acres in Dennis and has the best figs, rhubarb and squash in the area Not Enough Acres Farm,
Jim & Susan Knieriem Miss Scarletts Blue Ribbon Farm
We are fortunate to have a tomato farm 500 feet down the road
