Twice a month in the fall and winter Chef Peter Hyde hosts enlightening evening cooking classes at the Blue Moon Bistro. Learn some of Chef Hyde’s recipes and get his take on fresh-from-the-farm Tuscan fare in two classes designed to accommodate cooks who are just getting started as well as those who are already well on their way. From 6:00-9:00pm, participants will divide their time between hands-on cooking
(about two hours) and eating and wine tasting (about one hour).
Classes, which cost $85 per person, are by reservation only so be sure and get your name on the list as soon as possible.
