Twice a month Chef Peter Hyde hosts enlightening evening cooking classes at the Blue Moon Bistro. Learn some of Chef Hyde’s recipes and get his take on fresh-from-the-farm Tuscan fare in two classes designed to accommodate cooks who are just getting started as well as those who are already well on their way. From 6:00-9:00pm, participants will divide their time between hands-on cooking
(about two hours) and eating and wine tasting (about one hour).
Classes, which cost $85 per person, are by reservation only so be sure and get your name on the list as soon as possible.
